(Caesar Style Salad) – Chicken, Bacon, Mozzarella, Avocado, Tomato, Salad

Caesar Salad is named after chef Caesar Cardini who created it in his restaurant in Tijuana, Mexico in 1924. It became popular in Hollywood and is now considered an American classic.

Caesar salad has always been one of my favourite salads; I discovered that by adding a few extra ingredients you could turn this salad into a satisfying main course rather than just a light starter.

This recipe is also ideal for any leftovers from a previous Chicken roast.

This is a variation of a french dish, all in one pot. Very easy if you have a busy day. Serves 2-3 people.

Chicken Tikka Masala is a curry dish of diced chicken in a rich red, creamy, tomato-based sauce.

The origins of this dish are disputed, one potential origin attributes its invention in Glasgow (Scotland), United Kingdom.

The claim for a Scottish origin for the dish is disputed by a number of Indian chefs, who counter claim that although there are different variations of this dish, it is an ancient dish of Mughali origin.
